Xuanhua agate
this colorful material shows different pattern and occur as nodules generally of a size between 4-6 cm. Rarely bigger.
The color zones are opaque, they remind me the Agate Creek material from Australia ,but the color variation is really impressive. Is also called fighting blood agate
The location is in Xuanhua District, Zhangjiakou, Hebei, China.
Sometimes is possible to find some barite pseudomorph forms . Perfect nodules are sold at quite high price and as far as I know is not treated.
